Ferrous metals: Carbon steel, stainless steel, steel
Non-ferrous metals & alloys: Aluminium, cadmium plating, chrome plating, copper, magnesium, nickel alloys, titanium alloys
Plastics & composites: Acrylics, HDPE, PVC, nitrile rubber
Other: Glass, painted surfaces

Minimum recommended concentration for aluminium: 5%

Cleaning Ranges & Directions

System: Spray Wash (Batch or Continuous)
Dilution: 3–15% (typically 5–7% v/v)
Temperature: 49–77°C (typically 54–66°C)
Clean Time: 1–30 minutes (typically 3–10 minutes)

Rinse conductivity:

  • Ultra-Clean: ≤ 50 µS
  • Precision: ≤ 500 µS
  • Gross: > 500 µS
