Which detergent should I use for my cleaning process?

It depends on your system type:

  • Spray wash / rotary cabinets: AquaVantage® 1990GD
  • Immersion / ultrasonic tanks: AquaVantage® 815GD-NF

What dilution and temperature should I use?

We follow the exact label specifications:

  • 1990GD: 3–15% (typ. 5–7%), 49–77°C (typ. 54–66°C)
  • 815GD-NF: 5–30% (typ. 10%), 54–77°C (typ. 60–66°C)
Are these detergents safe on aluminium, titanium and nickel alloys?

Yes.
Both products are non-corrosive and non-staining on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, including aluminium, titanium, Inconel and magnesium (as stated on product labels).

Do the detergents emulsify oils?

No.
Both 1990GD and 815GD-NF are non-emulsifying, which helps extend bath life.

Are your products REACH compliant?

Yes.
All supplied chemistry is REACH and RoHS compliant.

Will we need to revalidate our process?

OEM-approved detergents typically reduce validation requirements because they already meet the standards your customers expect.
