Dilution: 5–30% (typically 10% v/v)
Temperature: 54–77°C (typically 60–66°C)
Clean Time: 1–30 minutes (typically 3–10 minutes)

Rinse conductivity target:

  • Ultra-Clean: ≤ 50 µS
  • Precision: ≤ 500 µS
  • Gross: > 500 µS

Important: Keep parts wet between stages until rinsing is finished.
