AquaVantage® 815 GD-NF is the leading product of choice in immersion and ultrasonic cleaning applications and meets all the requirements for REACH compliance. This chemistry was originally developed for soil removal during the manufacturing or rebuilding of aerospace components in immersion, mildly agitated, or ultrasonic cleaning processes and is now widely used in all premium engineering precision cleaning applications throughout industry. This detergent can also be used very successfully for wipe or manual brush applications.

AquaVantage® 815 GD-NF Cleaning Ranges
Always follow directions and information directly on the product label before use.
1. Add AquaVantage® 815 GD-NF to solution tank filled with hot or cold water using the dilution rate for your system.
2. Mix solution thoroughly.
3. Heat solution to specified temperature for your cleaning system.
4. Immerse parts in tank and soak until soil is removed.
5. Remove parts.
6. Rinse with water. Recommended conductivity of final rinse water:
1. Ultra-Clean Applications: ≤ 50 microsiemens
2. Precision Cleaning: ≤ 500 microsiemens
3. Gross Cleaning: > 500 microsiemens

AquaVantage® 815 GD-NF Cleaning Ranges

- System: Immersion & Ultrasonic Tanks. Also by hand as wipe or brush.
- Dilution Rate: 5-30%, typically used at 10%
- Temperature: 54-77ºC (130-170ºF), typically used at 60-66ºC (140-150ºF)
- Cleaning Duration: 1-30 minutes: typical parts are cleaned in 3-10 minutes
