1. Add AquaVantage® 1990 GD to solution tank filled with hot or cold water using the dilution rate for your system.
2. Mix solution thoroughly.
3. Heat solution to specified temperature for your cleaning system.
4. Wash parts in batch or continuous spray wash system until soil is removed.

- System: Spray Wash (Batch or Continuous)
- Dilution Rate: 3-15%, typically used at 5%. Minimum recommended concentration for cleaning aluminium is 5.0%.
- Temperature: 49-77ºC, (120-170ºF) typically used at 54-66ºC (130-150ºF).
- Cleaning Duration: 1-30 minutes; typical parts are cleaned in 3-10 minutes.
